I Have to share with you all about this little Gem hidden in Chino Hills. They just recently open so I didn't know what to expect! But let me tell you the hubby and i were celebrating our anniversary and it was late and we didn't think we were going to make it and I messaged them and right away they accepted us! When you first arrive it has such a romantic feeling and the customer service is amazing! We were seated and the ambiance was romantic and calm... and going through these crazy times right now it's hard to find peace and happiness.... but with Estancia let me tell you the world stopped I felt like we had gone into another era. The drinks were amazingly unique and fresh! We had the cocoa mojito for appetizers
We ordered aquachiles and pancita tacos..
The taste is out of this world! We enjoyed it so much the pancita tacos were cooked perfectly and seasoned just to perfection. The agua chiles were fresh not overly spicy and not hot they were nice and cold ohhhhhh and the flavor was exquisite I forgot to tell you about their chips and salsa OMG! JUST DELICIOUS! for our main course we had the salmon Salad and the hanger steak! I have no words to describe the dishes! All I gotta say is go try it! YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED! My hats off to you guys! 100 applauses!!! Can't wait to see what else will be added to the menu, my compliments to the chef

I'm so excited for this new amazing restaurant! My husband and I tried the brunch today and it was absolutely delicious! I had the green chilaquiles and there was a party in my mouth! I also ordered them with a side of steak. It was cooked to perfection. I had bottomless mimosas with fresh-squeezed orange juice! My husband raved about their coffee. I can't wait to go back and try more and also try their dinner menu with their cocktails! Another very important detail is their service was fantastic! Do yourself a favor and try this gem!
